Our Services

Assessments

An assessment can be a powerful leadership tool to uncover, recognize and change inequities that are internal to your organization. We may collect quantitative data. But, our goal is to always capture the story, as it is usually the most powerful illustration of the work your organization does.

We use varying proven organizational assessment models that look at internal processes as much as outcomes to understand where your organization is in a shared journey toward equity.

Consulting

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to incorporating equity, diversity and inclusion. Organizations will approach this work in different ways, for different reasons. We determine the right approach for the most effective and impactful outcomes leading to transformation.

Popular avenues of consulting include:

  • Community and stakeholder engagement

  • Strategic planning through a race equity lens

  • DEI visioning and strategy development

Equity Action Plan

Equity Action Plans put a theory of change into action to achieve a shared vision for equity. A plan is developed to shift institutional and structural change which requires intention, commitment, time and resources to transform the way business is done. This process-driven change effort is the most strategic and comprehensive approach we offer.
